Ask yer mom. She served me some good chips and salsa after I shot my load of man guac in her face.

Edit: sh1t, now I'm hungry for chips and guac.  My recipe is ask wife to pick some up when she goes grocery shopping.

Canned diced 🍅

Diced 🌰

Cilantro chopped

Garlic powder

Diced jalapeños

Cumin

You can do what you want but the key is to let it sit in the fridge a day.

Good luck

Roast the following on the grill til the skins are black

4 ripe tomatoes

2 jalapeños

1 poblano

2 red bell peppers

1 white onion.

Throw it all in a blender.  Add a handful of cilantro, a spoonful of garlic, lime juice, salt and pepper.

Blend, pour and enjoy.   Tastes great warm right outta the blender.
