I'm kinda liking Morikawa at +500, may put a few shekels there.  Scheffler is the fav at +250-ish.

I love Morikawa, but it just seems he can't close these days. He gets the yips around the green

I have an indoor tee time at 8:00 tomorrow morning but will be home in time to start updating.

On Sunday I have an indoor tee time at 10:00 with buddies that will run to 3:00 so I will be a little late with spreadsheet updates

I hear ya, but that's part of my reasoning.  I was intrigued by that story earlier about the Columbia "Godfather of golf stats" who created the strokes gained stats.  To an extent, putts come and go, but Morikawa seems to be killing it tee to green.

But then, I saw where he was almost dead last on 5 footers and 4-8 footers.  At some point that becomes a trend...

Ah hell, I loved his attitude on Netflix, I'll put a small bet on him.  I've got nothing else to root for since I'm done for the weekend.

The best part of a Morikawa meltdown is the ensuing edjr nuclear meltdown.

Funny, I thought he came off a tad spoiled on Netflix. I'm sure all the top guys are a little like that but the glove sizes, the outfit meeting with adidas, etc. Seems too golden boy for me.

I can see that, but I read that as being in control and focused.  Part of it was that we didn't hear a single word out of his woman, vs. say Koepka whose chick viewed it as a chance to dress half-nekkid (which I appreciated) to advance her instagram/modeling image.

Winners win..  Coffee is for closers.

But Brooks is a big time major champion in his own right.

It's funny how the Netflix thing made me shift my view of certain players. I didn't have a stance on Morikawa one way or another... and like I said, I'm sure all those top guys do similar stuff... just thought it was interesting that those moments stood out in his segments and there really wasn't much else to his story. Brooks is still a d-nozzle and on one hand, seeing how in his own head he was made him seem phony in the sense that he was always trying to come off like shiits not a big deal to him, but also it was refreshing to see how insecure he actually is. I came away hating him a little less.

I also mentioned in the thread on the show that I came away from episode 1 liking JT more than I used to and finding Jordan to be the more annoying one.

I just want to know why I wasn't picking 2nd each round of the draft

;)

(by the way one of my posts you quoted wasn't even a complaint or whining. Just stating a fact about the tournament)

Fumble with the -18 3rd round .

Lets have a good ole fashioned slobberknocker for 2nd and 3rd tomorrow. Some teams have a nice "4th bullet" in the chamber sitting just a shot or two behind their counting scores.

Scheffler gonna have a 3 shot lead in a minute, and didn’t even do anything special to get it.
