Why would the Queen of England have had anything to do with why the 2A was written?

Wow! My brother and I had a Stretch Armstrong as kids. If we'd have had him drawn and quartered, he wouldn't have stretched that much without coming apart.

I saw somewhere, might have been a news article or youtube video, they thought maybe Biden thinks God Save the Queen means God Help Us All and pointed to an earlier time he said it in a situation where he was talking about something else he was frustrated with in terms of a problem in our country.
