The 80's one left shouldn't be to hard but the 90's one could kinda be. Oh Rumours was #7. Eagles also have another in the top 10 with Hotel California.

The list I had was a little different and Meat Loaf was 6 on the list.

Per the list on Wiki, the highest Beatles album is the compilation album "1", and their biggest while still together was SPLHCB.  That surprises me, though I'm going guess that people probably bought a lot more singles back then.

once the internet became ubiquitous, this list became obsolete as people can pirate everything or spotify the rest.
