Love was the 5th overall QB in some rankings last year.  I feel like he's one still on an upward trajectory:

Got him at the end of round 4 before guys like Anthony Richardson, Kyler Murray, and Joe Burrow who were picked in the next round (Mahomes, Allen, Hurts, Jackson and Stroud went ahead of him).

White was the last pick of the second round and I didn't love it.  Etienne almost fell to me but not quite.  Took him over Achane, Josh Jacobs, Mixon and James Cook who went in rounds 3 or 4.  White has Bucky Irving and Sean Tucker backing him up.  He also racks up the catches which is important in a league giving 1 point per reception and only 1 point for every 20 rushing or receiving yards.  Also no one to vulture his TDs.

I feel pretty good about my first draft of the year, actually.  Definitely feel like I have the top receiver combo in the league, and that my QB and RBs can match up with anyone.  Hopefully Bowers exceeds expectations as a rookie.

I just had my main draft Sunday night.  It's an auction draft.  It did not go anything close to plan and I'm not real excited with my team.  Half PPR, start 1 QB, 2 RBs, 3 WRs, 1 TE, 1 Flex and then K and DST.

QB:  Jayden Daniels, Justin Herbert

RB:  Isiah Pacheco, Alvin Kamara, Brian Robinson, Jaleel McLaughlin

WR:  AJ Brown, Chris Godwin, Michael Pittman, Christian Kirk, Jerry Jeudy, Rome Odunze

TE:  Dallas Goedert, Cole Kmet

K:  Cameron Dicker

DST: Bears

Like Daniels.  Love A.J.  Like Pacheco.  Godwin underrated this year. Love Pittman but we really don't know how Richardson is as a passer.   auctions are hard to gage.  after 6 beers strategy goes out the window.

How many teams? If it’s 12 that’s not bad at all except the TE’s.  Kmet is good but he’s one of five receiving options.   Goedert never plays.

It’s not that bad. I think a lot of people haven’t done a draft yet, or a 12 team draft.  It gets thin pretty quick, especially WR and you at least have one premium one. Half the teams won’t.

I was most upset with QB and TE.  Kept thinking I could get a decent one cheap but kept getting out bid.  I like Kmet but worried about consistency.  Daniels offers a lot of potential.  I'm alright with my RBs and WRs, that's where all my money went.

similar QB strat to what i've been deploying in most leagues.  Like your top 4 receivers and top 2 RBs.  TE might be an issue. Those are both guys I wouldn't want to have to start. I wonder what was available at TE where you took.... Kirk, for example. If it was a Kincaid/Engram type, I think I would like that better with a 4th WR picked where you drafted Goedert. 

but maybe one of them pans out and youre riding high with Kirk as a flex.

It was an auction so there was a completely different strategy.  I was trying to get better TEs but I kept getting outbid and didn't want to overpay.

i'll take the "learn to read" on that one 

I looked at the roster and then slightly up to see starting requirements. Looked like it could have been a snake draft   Brown>Pacheco>Pittman>Kamara.  Tough to get all 4 of them but i've seen Kamara last in WR/QB heavy drafted leagues.
