The Fascist establishment has really ramped up their attacks on individuals who dares stands up the their power structure.  

- FBI raids on anti-establishment media Project Veritas with dubious warrants based on a possession of a diary left behind by Hunfer's daughter.  

- Russell Brand being hit with a hit piece with four anonymous women with a couple claims of rape and a couple claims of abusive behavior from over a decade ago.  YouTube deplatformimg Brand based on these unscrunized stories.

- On-going arrests nearly three years later of anyone even remotely involved in January 6th storming of the Capitol, which more and more looks like it was a staged setup by the FBI.

- Justice Deaprtment's letter threatening parents with the FBI of those who dare stand up to school board on issues relating to COVID lockdowns or transgender policies being promoted in schools behind parents backs.

- The most popular TV news host Tucker Carlson axed by FoxNews shortly after playing tapes of January 6th which showed a much different story of what happened than the official establishment story which is based on the worst 5-minutes of tape they could piece together.

- James O'Keefe losing his CEO position at the media company he created, Project Veritas, because of some very dubious reason including an odd story of stealing an employees sandwich and renting black SUVs when teavelling for work.  

- The Democratic party rigging the primary process to make it impossible for RFK jr. to compete including stripping him off the ballot in some states, making him pay for the cost of primaries and altering other rules making it easier for insiders to control the votes.

- Trump being maliciously prosecuted for minor violations which are being flipped I to major felonies during the mist of an elections.

The shenanigans that went on with social media during the 2020 elections of auppressing anti-Biden stories to influence the election is nothing comparied to what is going on today.  More and more government and corporations are targeting people who expose the corruption of the establishment.  They are getting bolder and bolder with their tactics and the mainstream media instead of being the watchdog is cheering the abuses along.  

This has ceased being America.   We are in the beginnings of becoming a Fascist society where government and huge corporations are protected and individuals are nothing but servants.   Congrats you authoritarian bastards.  You are too f-ing ignorant to acknowledge these abuses because you think the Fascists are on your side.   Sorry, but they don't give a crap about you, they are using you to gain power.  Power which we will never get back.

You want to get hung up on semantics.   Traditional left and right, liberal and conservative are not really relevant in today's politics, but still used which conflate the true issues and agenda.  

The real issue is authoritarian power within the executive branch which escapes any real checks and balances has been colluding with mega corporations and organization to subvert the constitution to eliminate rights and powers of individuals and local governments.  

Today's Democrats have completely embraced this illegal and uncontrollable alliance of a massive centralized power monitoring all people and controlling all speech and access to information.  This type of government is what Musolini called fascism.

I am hesitant to correlate modern liberalism with fascism, I think those correlations do exist, but they are just part of the nature of totalitarianism in general. I think a much more pointed correlation exists between modern liberalism and Maoism.

You don't get to redefine the term and its place in history just because it's an ugly, unflattering term.
