I was just telling my kid I am going to have to wait for it to come out and watch it at home to break it up. I can not sit through a 3 hour movie anymore. I have been doing some reading on the topic and it is freaking crazy. So crazy that the guy who wrote the book was not even doing a story on this. I was going to be about the early days of the FBI and that took him down this rabbit hole

But it looks like a decent story. Wish they didn't regurgitate old movie actors. Let's get some new blood in these movies.

You see normal people communicate by giving personal anecdotes or offering other details that apply to the situation at hand. For instance…in this case I am glad the OP brought up this movie as it looks fantastic, but I won’t be able to participate in the convo regarding the story until after I see it.

I like the kid from Breaking Bad and he is a good actor and more of him the better, Leonardo I'm fine with as well bur Deniro could go away for good. One of the few movies in awhile that actually looks good to me.

I'm okay with Jackson but Deniro was only good in the Mafia flicks and not so in the last one. Oops wasn't bad in Midnight Run. He can go away now though.

I'm just one who like actors/actresses for a few movies/shows. Then when they become caricatures of themselves, later...

I think the only leeway I give on that are James Bond movies. the more of the same schtick, the better. 

Kind of like the Liam Neeson Taken movies. I don't care if they have to resort to the bad guys abducting his pet fish or even pet rock, I love them all.

I used to like the superhero movies. Then they just bastardized the whole of it. It has gotten sickening.

Ahh you know what my bad. I was thinking of Florence Pugh her character in that movie. She gets after it in Oppenheimer but is in Black Widow. Never been a big Scarlett Johansson fan

Went and saw it this morning.

I think if you haven’t read the book, you’ll find it pretty fascinating and not that surprising at the same time. (blowing my brains out that I basically said the book is better like some sort of arsehole.)

Thought it was well done. Very respectful to the Indians. You can tell a lot of work was put into that. Although I came off thinking, Indians are some pretty stupid people.
Long movie but definitely watchable. Leo and Robert give pretty good performances I would say. Couple nice cameos at the end from Brendan Fraser and John Lithgow. 
 

I’ll give it four middle fingers. Not elite, but definitely more than watchable.
