Now let's do the same thing with race. Meaning if you are not as smart and don't test as well, you don't get in the school and/or you don't get the job. Simple and easy. No hiring perks for hiring certain races, no mandatory requirements for considering certain races, no programs or training in companies about inclusion, diversity, and equity as it relates to the workforce.
