Wow. I just saw the hit. There is NO way that was an accident. At the very least he was targeted by that guy. He may not have thought he was gonna kill him but he certainly intended to hit him with a skate

He should be charged with manslaughter imo, though I don’t know the laws over there in Europe (or anywhere, for that matter  ). They’ve probably got something similar though, essentially killing someone through a reckless act

I don' know much about hockey, but watching the video IMO he intentionally tried to kick Johnson. Probably just didn't expect to kill him.

The South York Police Department said the man was arrested on "suspicion of manslaughter."

I could see that if your assumption is it was a total accident and Petgrave is entirely blameless, so you’d want to show your support so he doesn’t feel like a villain.

Link?  I've seen "arrested", but haven't seen "charged." 

Apparently UK makes an arrest just to bring people in for questioning, before deciding on charges.

I would think so. At first I thought maybe it was someone who had it out for Adam and told the dude to kick him, but that doesn't make a lot of sense. 

I watched the video, and the guy KICKS him. It's not an accident, IMO.

Oh it's definitely him. I was just saying it only says "arrested" not "charged" ... to Americans there's usually no difference as they happen together. But apparently that's not the case in UK.
