So I Started Hallucinating Again

Recommended Posts

I started taking three anti anxiety drugs and my alcohol consumption. Lots of fun. Around 4:00. she asked me if I would make her a sammich and heat some chicken noodle soup. I obliged. She gives great head. So I make her a turkey samich and I am waiting for the microwave to finish. I have this bizarre thing about odd numbers. My OCD. I walk up to the microwave and they’re three pumpkins on the screen instead of the time. I starred at for a bit and knew I was going crazy. I bring wifey lunch and go back to the kitchen. I look at the time on it,  and reads, 4:38. But the the three was an 8. I fawking know there is no 4:88. I continued to drink and threw away the bottle of crazy medicine away.

There's something wrong with you, Bunny.

None of this is good.

My internet-expert opinion is that it isn't good to mix three anti-anxiety drugs with copious amounts of alcohol.

But that raises the question:  hey bunny, why are you taking three anti-anxiety drugs? :dunno:

Try throwing out the alcohol and keeping the anti-anxiety meds.

My guess would be either:

1. Bunny has severe underlying anxiety issues, which is why he drinks a metric fock ton (self medicating); or

2. Bunny is trying to drink less, but if he is successful for a time, he has really high anxiety because his system is usually suppressed by booze and comes awake when he drinks less, in ways he hasn’t experience for a long long time.

Either way, the answer is put down the booze and do what your doctor tells you.

Booze will also amplify anxiety when you go through periods of sobriety because of what it does to the chemicals in your brain. it might work temporarily, but then the next day you feel anxious. Also, drinking WITH the meds is likely counter acting ANY work the meds might do. It's kind of pointless to take them and is only creating issues. Lots of Benz drugs also affect the circulatory system, so taking them with alcohol is a bad bad combo.

Put down the booze, Bunny. If you feel like you can't do it alone or need help, someone out there is willing to help you.

Alcohol has an effect on brain chemistry - it can induce panic because of its effects on GABA, a chemical in the brain that normally has a relaxing effect. Small amounts of alcohol can stimulate GABA and cause feelings of relaxation, but heavy drinking can deplete GABA, causing increased tension and feelings of panic.

Happened to me almost 3 years ago, was watching the election and then went to bed around 2 am. Woke up around 6 am to see Biden was leading by a huge amount. Very strange and trippy!

Thanks for the good wishes. Went to the doctor today. She was awesome, but needed to wash her hair. The most informative doctor I’ve had in in years. Explained much. She’s a keeper.  Not like the last Vietnamese biotch Dr Abiso I had so much trouble with. I had to pull down my boxers down and show her my pemus with imaginary bumps just to make her feel my rod. That Dr Abusu examined me and had the best look of shame I’ve ever seen. Took off the gloves and went right out the door. Me: Thanks for the erection. I guess I really don’t need Viagra..

I’m OK. Just in transition mode. It’s not, but it’s manageable. Believe me, it could be worse. But thank you.

Why would I throw out the alcohol and then keep the anxiety medication? Alcohol gives me beer goggles and anxiety meds help me understand my guilt.
