When Pickett is performing well- have you seen him? Hell, even when Pickett isn’t throwing on target, I’ve seen him snatch some balls that would have been uncatchable for other WR’s. He’s a freak!

Again, I feel a lot of this stems from the steaming pile of dogsh!t that was Matt Canada’s playbook. I think Pickett will improve next year. I could be wrong, but I’m optimistic he can turn things around.

No, because he hasn't performed well. His best performances were in line with a Top 10-15 QB. His best game was 278 yards vs the Bengals. In that game he had ZERO TDs.  

I like the kid and am rooting for him but he's just not a starting NFL QB.

I was referring to Pickens in there, not Pickett. 

And again, you’re ignoring the “Canada” factor. Not saying Kenny doesn’t have things he needs to work on, but I think confidence is one of the biggest, and with a different offensive scheme, he has a lot of room to improve.

Guess we’ll have to wait and see.

Todays players dont care about winning.  They want to promote their Brand.  They want $$.  If you asked pickens if he would take 50 receptions for 700yds and win a superbowl or catch 150 balls and 2000yds recieving and not win it all.   You know what they would pick.  Every time.

You said they have no talent and I mentioned Watt, That team has more talent then you think and why not playing up to it is on Tomlin and the whole coaching staff. I agree if they cut Tomlin he will have a job elsewhere immediately but he gone stale in Pitt and has lost the team this season. A change of scenery would do him and the Steelers both good.

Honestly, I don’t know if any coach could have held the team together this year. The frustration’s been building for a long time. I’m hopeful to see what next year will bring. I agree that Tomlin’s getting a bit stale, but he seems well respected (at least up until now).

Are Steelers fans that clueless?? Look at some of the average talent he's had over the years. I do agree that they should of won another Superbowl in the Roethlisberger era, but besides that they've been overmatched from a talent standpoint. 

They were never going to compete with KC or any of the top AFC Teams, they just weren't talented enough. He's not a miracle maker

Rudolph had a good game. I don’t really think he’s the answer at QB but maybe he can prove me wrong. 
On the other hand, Jake Browning went back to being a third string QB, so that helped.

Thanks and he may struggle some next week but one thing is for sure he should have been the 2 QB all season. Tomlin for some reason had love for Mitch, he puts to much faith in past 1 picks that didn't pan out.
