Showboat 252 Posted December 4, 2023 The Eagles are the most over-rated team, especially on defense. The D will make some good plays but will have too many lapses. The run D and the front 4 are pretty good but the LB's and secondary fall way short of last year. Deebo's trash talking seemed to hold up as he torched Philly for 3 tds. Purdy is playing awesome and deserves to be in the MVP conversation along with Christian McCaffrey. We can win the last 5 games but beating Baltimore will be tough but it's at home. I'd certainly like to see us get the #1 seed for the playoffs With the way our season ended last year with all our QBs injured the 49ers are on a mission to show the world that we are.the best team in the NFL. DrG 102 Posted December 6, 2023 For a second year QB Purdy very good and makes some high level throws. He’s going to get better too. Philly was a little dinged up for that game. They miss Goedert. The NFC is tough but I expect Sirianni to have the Eagles ready for a playoff run. I think the 9ers are better but those two teams are closer than the score indicated.
