frank 2,304 Posted December 22, 2023 I use a lot of these. Any light color is fine. The real question is glue at the top or accordion style?

This should be a spermoff but yeah, I've never understood the reasoning behind the accordion style other than pretending you can do that card trick where you flick all of them from one hand to the other. Maybe it makes the stack more symmetrical?

I’m just realizing “accordion style” sounds dirty.

I think you're supposed to load the pad in a special dispenser that works sort of like a tissue box, you pull one note off and the next one pops through ready to go. That’s right, but then you can’t do the trick. Also, with the dispenser half of them are upside down.
frank 2,304 Posted December 22, 2023 The other problem with accordion style is that when you write something without taking the sheet off first, half the time you have written it upside down. Still, I’m sticking* with accordion style. I look pretty cool doing that trick. * See what I did there?

Yes, that's the idea, but does anyone actually use those dispensers? Fock that, give me old fashioned yellow with old fashioned glue on top, and get off my lawn. Fock that, give me old fashioned yellow with old fashioned glue on top, and get off my lawn. The ratio of people who use naked accordions vs. accordions with the dispenser is about 15 to 1, and it's because the receptionist orders both kinds, and then you go down to grab some and the traditional kind are already gone, or you grab some accordions without realizing it but then just keep them. It's rare that someone actually owns the dispenser.
