edjr 6,580 Posted January 16, 2024 It has become worse than offensive holding. There is PI on nearly every pass and they only call the blatant ones. This is why they had to ditch the PI coaches challenge. Change the focking rules or call the focking penalties.

weepaws 3,191 Posted January 16, 2024 You can call a penalty on every play if they choose to. The product of the field isn’t worthy of watching.
RLLD 4,230 Posted January 16, 2024 If you want to see it called again, you would have to pull Brady out of retirement

Patented Phil 1,469 Posted January 16, 2024 I’ve been saying the same thing all year. They started allowing handchecking a few years ago and it’s gotten out of control. It’s so hard for the refs to see whether someone just has their hand on the jersey or if they’re actually holding the person. Remember the days when you couldn’t touch the person after 5 yards? They need to get back to that.

BeenHereBefore 1,517 Posted January 16, 2024 It is the way it is so refs can determine out come of games with calls or no calls. It's the new holding.

Mike Hunt 282 Posted January 16, 2024 Every pass play on every team the DBs are grabbing the jerseys non stop of the WRs and TEs. Bottom line is they could call holding on the Oline, holding and PI on the DBs every play.

Detroits d-backs learned that when they start to get beat by the wr they simply initiate getting their feet tangled up with them from behind and they both go down. Was never called in that game. Let’s go back to the rules of the 60s and 70s,
Thornton Melon 620 Posted January 16, 2024 I don't mind a little bit of contact, but what I hate is the "arm-bar". Seems like DBs are getting away with it more and more, and WRs are expected to make one-handed catches all the time.

The fact smart offenses (not the patriots) motion their WRs before the play and they DBs can't jam them at the line makes it tough. Just change the focking rules and allow it or call it.
