Maybe, but the catch is, the "smart ones" have to actually receive them and that is not assured.

The manufacturer can't give an actual delivery date and the website specifically says that there will be NO REFUNDS on sneakers and that ALL TRANSACTIONS ARE FINAL. In other words, if the sneakers are never shipped, the purchaser is SOL with no recourse.

In other words, if you never get them, you have made a $399 donation to Trump to pay his legal bills.
