Here's a local candidate for this prestigious award:

Sad that this dumbass decided to show his young children such a spectacular way to die.

The man, 45, was lighting off fireworks with his family when he tried to launch a “mortar-style” firework from the top of his head. One of the “mortar-style” fireworks hit him in the back of his head and killed him. His young children were there, according to KIRO 7

2:30 AM Friday morning is really a late night on Thursday, the 4th of July.  I'm guessing the cause wqass alcoho9l and the implement was the firework.

Had a dude here in Colo hold on to a FW just a tad too long.

We go to the drunken Sconnie's to buy the real fireworks.  As soon as you cross the border on 94, the tents are right there.

Here is nanny state MN, you have to show ID just to buy focking sparklers.

We only got rid of our alcohol blue laws a few years ago and can now buy booze on Sundays.  But we still have to go to a liquor store to get it.  We can't just go to any convenience/grocery store.

We finally legalized weed this year, but it is going to be half-assed.

And we can't get legalized sports gaming because the DFL (state democrats) have the tribes' cacks so far up their own ass.

You might wanna double check some of the reasons for the sports betting issues. Pretty sure the tribes aren't just spending their lobbying dollars on democrats.

Nailed it.

If memory serves, the tribes were against sports betting when the subject first came up, but wanted a guarantee of 100% control if/when it goes through.

Currently, grocery and convenience stores can sell beer, but it can only have lower-alcohol content: 3.2 percent alcohol by weight or 4 percent alcohol by volume. Minnesota is the last state that has laws that create a need for 3.2 beer.
