When I have come home late, smelling of whisky, cigar smoke, and stripper perfume and have crawled into bed I have awakened in the morning to find my wife gone and demon claw marks on my body.  My belief, demons are attracted to powerful scents.  My wife says  she is unaware of any demons and has never seen them nor been attacked by them.

I just don't understand taking a made up viewpoint is all. I have seen a couple things in my life that most people would not believe. But whatever. Did he say he was trying to convince you? He shared an experience. You looked at it and say you have first hand knowledge of why he didn't experience what he said he did, so that proof is what I am asking for. In court (and in logic), you have to prove what you are accusing someone of.
