Why, he has a valid point.  A major concern of opening women's spaces (including restrooms) up to trans folks is that it opens them up to abusers of all orientation.  :dunno:

The "pervert" comment is what I'm referring to and it derails the conversation. This is why people can't just settle on a compromise on the issue because there has to be a demonization either directly or through comparison.

And I know that people get it because there are a bunch here who (rightfully) get annoyed when they are immediately called "racists" over issues.

I'm not sure I agree with your assessment:

"And it's not just trannies; once you open the door to trannies in women's spaces, you open the door for every pervert out there. Trannies of all variations can use the men's room and leave the women alone. Problem solved."

Grammatically, I don't believe "every pervert" necessarily applies to trans folks.  It's more what I said -- every abuser regardless of orientation, some of whom may be trans, most (most likely) aren't really trans but using this opportunity to do bad things, because there are a lot more of those types.

Had he said "every other pervert", I would agree he's lumping all trans into "pervert."

That all being said, I understand the spirit of your post.  As I said earlier, people on "my side" tend to say a boy is a boy and a girl is a girl, or that trans doesn't exist, and IMO whether or not they are true, they immediately shut down meaningful dialog.

Don't mind me, I'm just over here in stall three, masturbating to the sound of women sh*tting to my left and right. Mmm! Smells like curry!

Trump seems to disagree with Mace, allows trans women to use the women’s bathrooms at Mar a Lago

Again Tim? You Liberals are full of lies. He didn't "allow" HIM to use the bathroom, he just walked in, pulled out his peniz and started peeing, standing up 😂 🌈

Rep. Nancy Mace says she was ‘physically accosted’ on Capitol grounds

US Capitol Police have arrested a person who Rep. Nancy Mace said “physically accosted” her Tuesday, the South Carolina Republican said in a post on X.

“I was physically accosted tonight on Capitol grounds over my fight to protect women. Capitol police have arrested him. All the violence and threats keep proving our point. Women deserve to be safe. Your threats will not stop my fight for women!” Mace said.

“One new brace for my wrist and some ice for my arm and it’ll heal just fine,” she also posted.

Asked about Mace’s claim, Capitol Police said they received a report just after 6 p.m. from a member of Congress’ office of an incident in the Rayburn Office Building. Officers and agents with the Threat Assessment Section tracked down and arrested a suspect, charging them with assaulting a government official, the agency said.

To protect women from making their own choices about their bodies? 😂

Uhm, yeah.  Barring men from women's bathrooms and spaces is LITERALLY protecting women from men.

Also, you added something she never said, so your strawmen won't work here.

How about condemning the assault instead of rushing to attack Nancy Mace with strawmen?  Are you supporting tranny violence?  It sure seems like it.

People are saying the person just shook her hand?

Yes there seems to be some dispute about what actually happened in the interaction. Not to mention the person who was charged and Mace had arrested is a strong advocate for foster care reform and is an advocate for trans gender youth. Of course though- if they truly assaulted her, none of their work negates that.

The assailant's social work goes hand-in-hand with the assault on Nancy Mace, since trannies have proven to have a penchant for violence.

Well, to be fair, it's been at least two weeks since Nancy was in the news, that's in itself qualifies as an assault.

Indicates she has a burner account which she forgot to switch to.  The main reason someone would reply to that post from a burner is to try to make the allegations seem more legitimate

I have no idea what you just said here.  A "burner" account?  On twitter?  Huh?  How do you know?

Either that or she refers to herself in the third person

Tim never thought of the most likely, obvious reason. He jumped right to criticizing a republican. He’s a centrist.

We know it was an account with her name that on multiple occasions has written in the third person, which I find kinda funny regardless.    I’m mostly just curious if there’s video of this incident.  Will you call her out for faking it if it’s proven that’s what happened?

Sure, if she was faking it.  I'd still hit that sh#t, though.
