Voltaire 5,182 Posted March 15 https://babylonbee.com/news/federal-judge-appoints-himself-president Love the Babylon Bee headline Its amazing seeing how all these activist lower court judges have stepped forward to decide that they should be the ones responsible for making all the federal government's hiring and spending decisions, rather than the executive and legislative branches elected by the people who are doing the very thing they said they would be doing when they ran for office. 2
jerryskids 6,557 Posted March 15 I think it will be challenged soon. It'll be interesting to see what SCOTUS says. They can't possibly hear every one of these cases themselves, so what would be the alternative?

The legislative branch hasn't done anything. That's the point. The president violated us law and the Constitution with these acts and the judges are rightfully holding him accountable.
HB Localboy 121 Posted March 15 Most people didn't notice it, but at Trumps address to Congress a couple weeks ago when he was shaking hands with Justice Alito, Trump was caught on hot mic saying "I'll never forget what you did for me. I appreciate it." Trump was thanking Alito for saying one stupid activist judge can't have more power than the President of the United States! You will see the USSC put an end to all of these bull federal judges blocking Trumps Executive actions and power as Commander in Chief of the United States! Either these crazy whacko federal judges will be impeached or they will have ZERO power to block the power of the President. Mark your calendars....the power of one crazy whacko libtard activist judge is about to get nipped in the bud!

Trump controls the DOJ and the military! There is nothing anybody can do if Trump ignores them. And the way things are looking with Sotomayer Latina , Trump will get to nominate more justices to the USSC! WINNING!

There has been tacit support from Congress throughout but I'm hopeful that the CR they passed five seconds ago makes that explicit.

And the executive branch has a ton of discretion in how it spends. If Trump decides FEMA dollars should no longer go to putting illegals into expensive Hotels, he can redirect those programs to housing victims of hurricanes and fires of actual American citizens for instance. The budgets passed usually don't have the number of employees in the EPA are required to employ.
