Federal Judge Appoints Himself President

Love the Babylon Bee headline

Its amazing seeing how all these activist lower court judges have stepped forward to decide that they should be the ones responsible for making all the federal government's hiring and spending decisions, rather than the executive and legislative branches elected by the people who are doing the very thing they said they would be doing when they ran for office.

I think it will be challenged soon.  It'll be interesting to see what SCOTUS says. They can't possibly hear every one of these cases themselves, so what would be the alternative? :dunno:

The legislative branch hasn't done anything.  That's the point. The president violated us law and the Constitution with these acts and the judges are rightfully holding him accountable.

Most people didn't notice it, but at Trumps address to Congress a couple weeks ago when he was shaking hands with Justice Alito, Trump was caught on hot mic saying "I'll never forget what you did for me.  I appreciate it."

Trump was thanking Alito for saying one stupid activist judge can't have more power than the President of the United States!

You will see the USSC put an end to all of these bull💩 federal judges blocking Trumps Executive actions and power as Commander in Chief of the United States!

Either these crazy whacko federal judges will be impeached or they will have ZERO power to block the power of the President.

Mark your calendars....the power of one crazy whacko libtard activist judge is about to get nipped in the bud!

Just ignore the courts like Potato Joe did. Let's see these judges enforce their bullschit.

Yep!

Trump controls the DOJ and the military!

There is nothing anybody can do if Trump ignores them.

And the way things are looking with Sotomayer Latina 💩, Trump will get to nominate more justices to the USSC!

WINNING! :pointstosky:

There has been tacit support from Congress throughout but I'm hopeful that the CR they passed five seconds ago makes that explicit.

The Democrats are now trying to be the party of law and order, haha!

Are you actually implying that the president who refuses to follow the law outright objects to the rule of law is actually a law& order president

I understand that the law prohibits OPM from directing firings outside of its department and also firings due to performance require evidence of poor performance

I assumed the legislative branch made spending decisions and the executive branch signed off on it, and it would take a joint act of Congress and the WH to reverse or undo those decisions.

The executive can only hire employees, not lay them off. Got it.

He and most of the others here are clueless on how this Democratic Republic is supposed to work, per the Constitution.

Libtards think that probationary employs in the executive branch are governed by the judicial branch now. They didn’t care when joe Biden fired 400k employees

And the executive branch has a ton of discretion in how it spends. If Trump decides FEMA dollars should no longer go to putting illegals into expensive Hotels, he can redirect those programs to housing victims of hurricanes and fires of actual American citizens for instance.   The budgets passed usually don't have the number of employees in the EPA are required to employ.
