Biden world braces for book storm

If Democratic donors want to pay $50k for a Hunter Biden painting in the hopes that his dad will look favorably on it, that’s wrong but also so routine in DC I really can’t GAF. I suppose it’s the same sort of thing as Kushner’s firm raking in billions, just at a far smaller scale and not involving foreign governments. His work for Burisma is a lot closer.

His crappy artwork ranks pretty low on the list of ethics concerns. Plenty of hypocrisy to go around.

So to be clear, Trump's tariffs on foreign imports is going to force American automakers increase their prices because they're using foreign countries to make their parts and/or vehicles.  Trump incentivizing those companies to bring production back to the US by not imposing those tariffs on domestic made parts and automobiles while creating more jobs domestically and cheaper American automobiles.... that's Trump's fault and not the American automakers fault?

For such a smart guy, you sure have trouble with typing out coherent posts.

What I'm saying is that I'll believe Hyundai and whatever other companies are going to make billions in investments to manufacture more parts and cars in the US when I see the factories come online and start employing thousands of Americans. Not a moment before. I suspect these promises are just ways for companies to stall until Trump is no longer POTUS. Remember the Foxconn debacle?

I did say I understand your point. But you're saying they should be but you don't support such a policy because the government won't enforce it the way you'd like. Fair?

You can't SERIOUSLY  believe that.

We probably have different values. To me Biden was a normal chief executive, in the way almost all US administrations have been well managed and professional. In the end the US had the best post-Covid economic revival in the world, but that's not all. Programs functioned properly, agencies were independent and professionally staffed and led by experienced people. It's like the Eisenhower or Carter or Reagan or Clinton or any number of Republican or Democratic administrations of the modern era. People wanted that in 2020, they apparently did not in 2024.

2.1 million border crossers given social security numbers in 2024.  Normal.

I'm not going to demand a link, but let's say that's true - that would mean 2.1 million paying into social security and income taxes generally. What you're describing are employed wage earners.

No it doesn’t. They use the SS numbers to get other government benefits. And some of them to vote.

Yes, they said it crossed ethical lines and tried to investigate further but Kushner stonewalled and you can forget about it going anywhere with Trump in office. Kushner’s firm is still receiving investments from Saudi Arabia along with Qatar and Abu Dhabi.

You think people are getting social security numbers but are not working to get them? That's not how it works.

It kind of is how it works. I didn't immediately work when I was born. Yet they gave me one.

Ok, I'm listening. Are these numbers emailed? Do they get SS cards in the mail? How do they know what their SS number is so they can present it to vote? I have never been asked for my SSN at a polling station, but I'm sure that's just my experience in Louisiana. TIA.

When the sitting POTUS does with foreign interests all over the globe it seems pretty dumb to get hung up on the crackhead son of the former President selling paintings to donors for a few grand.

I thought he meant SS payments at retirement, but obviously y'all are talking about welfare & such. - Ok. You get a SS number as a child, say. I take it when you say when you were born you mean your mother applied for one. Yes  I think my mother got one for each of the kids in my large family all at the same time (so our numbers are pretty close to each other). But the only way a SS number works is if you get a paycheck. Then they draw out SS taxes & medicare/medicaid/FICA taxes because a person is working. A person doesn't get a SS no. as a child, sit around and do nothing for 50 years and then suddenly "get benefits." That's what's being described here.

Liberals like this Saints guy are skeptical that there is massive waste fraud and abuse in our system, because they dont like who is exposing it. But they think cutting of a confused kids genitals is the way to go if Mom says so.  Do you ever think about the stupid shitt rattling around in your head at the same time ?

I'm not a liberal. The conservative argument says have it investigated by the Bondi DOJ via the Special Counsel law and to have the HHS or Treasury IG (who btw Trump has fired both IIRC) and have them prepare a report on how this thing happens. Then indict, because what you're describing is illegal.

Is this still going on under the Trump administration?

It’s not illegal if you let them in. Get it now?

See the mind of a libtard? Not concerned that people are being let in immediately going on government assistance. Just worried that some of it may have occurred under Trump. He has ruined you.  It’s sad.

Well perhaps Pam Bondi is too weak and too liberal. She’d be the one handling it now.

The ones that have voted have been referred to her. They are working on purging the millions of numbers Biden gave away during his four years. It’s why SS recipients have to show up in person now due to the fraud caused by democrats and Biden. But yeah, blame it on Elon and Trump when there are bumps in the road to straightening out the mess created on purpose for votes.

Musk’s minions have already been to the SSA. His team can refer all such fraud & data manipulation to Bondi. I’m sure we’ll start hearing about the indictments. I wonder how long it will take.

Yeah, he was a better-than-average president. His biggest mistake was running again and opening the gates for the MAGA scum to slip back in, which is tragic.

Again, you don’t get it. It was done legally. They manipulated the process. How else do you think you can get so many in so fast? Stay stupid for all I care.

I enjoy it when @SaintsInDome2006 debates mooks like Twatadour. It's like watching the intellectual equivalent of David v. Goliath except in this version David has a sponge instead of a rock, and both his arms are broken. And he has low T. Probably a cuck, too, but I'm not into kink shaming.

And the low T David in this scenario has an IQ in the low double digits.
