There were no charges against Kilmar until AFTER the botched deportation.

Instead of admitting a mistake, this administration will punish those caught up BY their mistakes.

Unsealed order from DOJ today says that indicting Garcia was a top priority, further strengthening his case for vindictive prosecution and getting it tossed.  If you're dumb like jerryskids, vindictive prosecution is when the govt indicts you for retaliatory reasons, which is exactly what the trump DOJ has been doing multiple times.

You can’t expect guys that grew up in the mall to understand symbolism in gang culture.  They think if it doesn’t say Latin Kings or Bloods it’s not indicative. Well, that’s what they cling too anyway. Some guy on NPR said so.

So you're telling me Garcia wanted to show everyone he was ms13 by his tats, but he also wanted to hide it, but everyone knows what they mean anyway.  Gang squad logic I guess.

Roberto Lovato, an assistant professor at University of Nevada, Las Vegas, whose memoir chronicled growing up in California during MS-13's early years, said although symbols are "notoriously difficult to interpret," he does not believe Abrego Garcia's tattoos are suggestive of MS-13 membership. 

Lovato also said current gang members he has spoken to do not believe Abrego Garcia's tattoos represent MS-13.

Just to show how stupid Tim and gutter are, they do t seem to know that when you’re in prison , where most of those pictures are most likely from, you want tats that show you belong to a gang, for everyone to see. When you’re out putting in work, it’s not such a great idea. What can you do with these sheltered , no experience shut ins? I do laugh that I send them into a frenzy everytime. They were googling before they were done reading. lol.
