Star witness in Abrego Garcia case, previously convicted of human trafficking and “deadly conduct” was supposed to be deported.  Now he’s on America’s streets with permission to stay for at least a year.

So not only is this political theater, but we’re apparently trading a guy that gave some migrants a ride and might have hit his wife, for a criminal illegal that was actually convicted of violent crimes (probably multiple convicted criminal illegals according to the judge in the Abrego Garcia case).

So we're putting a guy on the street who drunkenly fired a gun into a crowd and was already deported once, just to save face?  This is the exact kind of criminal that we need deported.  Not the guy who has a wife and American kids, has a good job, pays taxes, etc.

This admin is completely focked.

All they had to do was what they said they were going to do, get rid of the criminals.  Now they're hated.

Any thoughts on the admin letting a violent convicted criminal that was scheduled to be deported roam the streets, for a show trial against Abrego Garcia who they could just deport without a full trial?

We put a convicted felon who admitted to grand larceny on the street so they could make up some white collar misdemeanor crime

Former 15-year DOJ employee and Deputy Director (promoted in March 2025) Erez Reuveni, fired for correctly admitting that Abrego Garcia was sent to El Salvador in error then defying what he says were directives in violation of court orders, releases whistleblower documents detailing the administration’s wrongdoing in Abrego Garcia case

Say that his boss said “they would need to consider telling the courts “Fock you.”  That boss, Emil Bove, was soon after nominated for a lifetime federal judge position and is awaiting confirmation.

Also details the conversations where the admin was trying to state that Abrego Garcia was MS-13 but that they could not definitively do so.  Then was told to stop asking questions and not ask anything of El Salvador.  And refused to sign an appeal brief that alleged Abrego Garcia was in MS-13, since the government did not argue he was in MS-13 previously.

Stephen Miller said definitively that Abrego Garcia was a terrorist, and the worst charge they could come up with despite bribing a convicted human trafficker to testify was “human smuggling” (not trafficking).  IANAL but I think that’s a good case for defamation.

The only dog and pony show going on now is the trial.  They could have deported both him AND the convicted human trafficker that they’re letting roam the streets, but instead they let a worse criminal go simply to try to own the libs.  Does that concern you at all?  I’ll eagerly await your non-answer.
