The question people should wonder is why the Maduro regime would want someone back?  There's something of value in them to Maduro.  Whether they are gang bangers he can call in favors for, criminals he wants his hands on, or whether they are somehow doing the work of his regime, there's something in it for him and it leads me to believe they were dangerous folks.  It's odd people put righteous values in something Maduro wants when history tells us he wants things for just the opposite.  However, it's good that we got our folks home in exchange.
