Maybe it has to do with the fact that people respect the law, don't want to see people sent to foreign prisons and don't like the idea of citizen kids with cancer and their families as targets. I find the approach entirely suitable, I have to wonder what the plan is after they manage to get rid of the Biden Criminal Empire though.
