Something people assumed about this was that Musk had seen the files or been informed by people who had. But Musk himself has shown up in the files, so perhaps he simply knew Trump from his involvement in that world. He’s since shut up & he’s been handsomely rewarded with new contracts by the Trump administration. Maybe it was extortion or just lashing out, who knows, but it reignited all of this.
