I was told over and over that the end of the world as we know it was gonna happen because of the Tariffs. Timmy was practically suicidal over it. Yet, here we are. When are we all gonna die? Tree of Knowledge 1,859 Posted June 11 Trump has always been right. The libs and deep state know it. They had to resort to pandemics, lawfare and Fedsurrections to try and stop him. He is a threat to their globalist plans. The only reason they haven’t killed him is his death would only make MAGA stronger and more focused.

squistion 2,201 Posted June 11 Patience, grasshopper. Wait until the full impact of the tariffs is reflected in the rasing of prices on just about all consumer goods. This is not a question of "if" just a question of "when".

This is not a question of "if" just a question of "when". You've all been saying this since last November. And you'll still be saying it 4 years from now. "Just you wait... The doom is coming...." You libtards don't even know what a tariff is. Go live in fear. And keep.up the whining girls. I'll keep watching my investments grow.

This is not a question of "if" just a question of "when". regarding inflation, this all makes sense. Tariffs were paused more or less, hiring has slowed, business spending has decreased, oil has dropped. The pause/slowdown was a result of uncertainty and caution. If Taco holds up, then we could turn back into growth which would raise inflation.

supermike80 1,911 Posted June 11 interesting spin from this article on Yahoo: I was told, multiple times, that "most" economists believed this. Now it has changed to "some" Gotta love the media. "Some economists were expecting to see higher costs from those tariffs showing up in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) report released Wednesday, but instead CPI showed that inflation pressures were relatively stable and even eased on a monthly basis." thegeneral 3,214 Posted June 11 Jaimie Dimon still dooming and glooming it up a bit. Economy is ok but def not amazing. That the tariffs are being all “tacoed” up and people realize they aren’t going to be some crazy impediment is a good thing.

RLLD 4,230 Posted June 16 The left was grasping for anything, they were desperate, so they latched on to tariffs. I am not convinced they were actually stupid enough to think the tariffs would suddenly create a problem, I think it was just a topic of convenience....solely to rile people up. I mean, I guess...I think your overly simplistic view on this could mature a little, but yeah, the tariffs were a tool, not permanent. Some may stay, but most will not... It's a tactic Meanwhile we have no trade deals, no manufacturing boom, no nothing but chaos and turmoil. tactic You're a funny guy.
