The Quality “Learing” Center certainly looks to be doing something illegal.  First they said they were permanently closed, now they’re apparently back open and are only open 2-10.  But this is the place that had previous violations so their issues could be unrelated to fraud.  

Again, I’m sure there was fraud in the video, but I’d just be cautious of assuming any place that didn’t want to talk to a YouTuber asking to see the children as being guilty.

My understanding is that this investigation has been going on for years, people have been prosecuted, but I don't know if it's complete or if measures were taken to stop it from happening.  Let's see what else comes of it.
