If it went down like the guy said, ICE was way over the line.  I don't care if cats get beat down when they break laws, but from his narrative, he didn't break any laws.

However, almost every story like this is BS.  They always come out and say they didn't do nuttin and "all I said was, 'golly gee officer, I hope you have a wonderful day.  May I buy you a coffee?' Then he attacked me!"

Then when the law enforcement agent gives the story, it's all, "he came at me like a rabid dog threatening to kill me, my fellow officers, my whole family, Jesus, puppies and babies."

Then you see the videos and the citizens were agitating like crazy, usually breaking a law, and the agents usually use more force than I think is necessary, but within the law.

In this case, it sounds like they held him in custody until his wife got a lawyer and then they let him go with no charges.  Therefore, I side with the wokie on this one since if they could've put a jaywalking charge on him they would have.

I'm going ice in the wrong on this one, but the dude should have video since he was recording, eh?

He probably couldn't close the hold but I could see someone getting their arm around a driver's neck.

You guy's argument should probably be something like following the agents compromises opsec given the publicized organization of SJWs broadcasting their location continuously.  Probably not a great line, but it's at least defendable.

But today, to my knowledge, it's not illegal to follow ICE, so they'll just have to get over it.

US citizen special ed teacher detained for 12 hours before being released without charges after being accused of “ramming” DHS vehicle.  Witnesses say otherwise and pretty sure they would have charged her if she actually did ram them.

Well did she ram (hit, bump, rub, scrape) a DHS vehicle?  If so she probably got off easy.

Getting released without charges to me indicates she likely did not

Well if they described it as ramming, she probably rubbed a bumper or something.

It apparently happened right outside the school she worked at, at best for DHS it may have been an accident.  Witnesses claim they rammed her.

I will say the real estate agent guy did it right.  Took a beating he didn't have coming, and now I'm at least open to reining in ice.

If I see start seeing systemic abuse of force for law abiding citizens, I'll pick up a pitchfork and torch too.

As it is now, given this is the first I've seen where the victim didn't have it coming, I'd say discipline and train these officers.  If I see more, then more people like me will insist on clear, lawful rules of engagement from ICE.

See how easy it is?

If they charge her they have to go to court.  Waste of time.
