I would argue that October 7, 2023, demonstrated the very worst of humanity.  Also, building your terror network beneath mosques, schools, and hospitals demonstrates the very worst of humanity.  Zohran has zero life wisdom to draw on to understand this, though.

Sorry that the hypocrisy of the Left regarding the evil of Hamas makes you moderates uncomfortable.  Let's stick with the Zohran approach.

Genocide!  Take a shot!

TPUSA confirms the text messages released by Candace Owens were real.  Charlie Kirk said he was leaving the pro Israel cause.

Posting it here because I don’t think this means Israel killed Kirk.  But it does make it more weird about how Netanyahu tried to make Kirk’s murder about himself.

And most notably, it’s further proof that being against the Israeli government isn’t just a leftist position.  And it most certainly isn’t anti-Semitic.  As I said earlier, being diehard pro-Israel these days is mostly just old farts like Jerryskids and Strike.

I think calling 10/7 a horrific war crime indicates Zohran agrees with you.  Edit: and I think he’s including it when he says “the past 2 years”

Looks like a peace agreement has been agreed to:

https://www.reuters.com/world/middle-east/hamas-says-it-handed-over-list-israelis-palestinians-swap-deal-2025-10-08/

Lots of things could go wrong but it sure sounds good. And credit must be given to Donald Trump: if this goes through it’s his greatest achievement IMO.

Well your track record on trust is pretty amazing.
But you’re right: the Netanyahu government is certainly untrustworthy, Trump lies about everything, and Hamas is…well Hamas, a bunch of scumbag evil murderers.
Even so it sounds good on paper.

Hamas survives, Israel leaves Gaza, hostages to be released 9 months after first cease fire deal. Trump going to Egypt to report to the Qataris. Congratulations, everybody.

I can't believe that Israel would agree to a single thing in this post.

This all happened after Netanyahu/ Israel attacked Qatar. Netanyahu personally apologized while Trump watched. This has all happened quickly after that. Qatar is calling all the shots.

He gets that out of the way to cover his base there. Then digs in to what he really wants to say.  That is pretty clear in his post...to anyone with a brain.  But he did acknowledge oct 7th, so the rubes will have something to point to.

Someone should ask him what would have happened if Hamas didnt sneak attack people on that day to kill, kidnap, rape, torture.   His response would be interesting.

Yes, what’s happened in Gaza is Hamas’s fault, but just because Israel was justified in responding, doesn’t mean everything they’ve done has been justified.

Lots to discuss about this.

First item of business: if this goes through I have no problem with giving Trump the Nobel Prize. For all my criticism of him, it will be well-deserved.

@jerryskids - you and I have argued so much about this topic. Where do you stand on this deal?

Personally, I think that Israel always gives up too many prisoners in these exchanges.  But, that is how their culture is, and they didn't ask me.

If Hamas is disarmed and removed from power, and a group is put in charge that has a decent chance of not morphing into the 826342378th terrorist regime ruling the Palestinians, then I'm good with it.

Unless there is a Palestinian state with a viable economic future for its inhabitants, there is always going to be terrorism.

They had that.  They used all the resources given to them for that future on building tunnels and training their people to hate and kill.

No they didn’t have any state. Not any economy to speak of. Visit a Sioux reservation some time, that’s what their lives were like. 80% unemployment, no hope, no future. You want to remove the terrorist-extremist threat, you have to get rid of the hopelessness. But you’re right to one extent: just throwing money at them is not the answer by itself.

Curious…do you think every prisoner held by Israel deserves to be imprisoned?

(yes, I know, Hamas is torturing hostages)
