Fnord 2,375 Posted 22 hours ago To say there is no anti-white racism in America is laughable. There is. Plenty of it. But if you think repealing the CRA is the answer, I'm not sure what to tell you. Two wrongs don't make a right, and there are plenty of "quiet" racists in this country that would happily use the opportunity to fire or not hire people of certain minorities. What a giant step backwards that would be.

nobody 2,781 Posted 22 hours ago Oh here's a good one. Not 100% sure it was racially motivated, but looking back it probably was. I was the only white guy on my basketball team for a long time. After my first season, the coach sponsored a summer league team, and we had a bus and everything. Two other white dudes decided to show up. Well all of a sudden now the team wants to "haze" and me and the other two white guy were the targets of the hazing. we got off the bus at like 9pm at our school. I start walking toward the street and so does the other white guys when half the team comes flying around chasing us. They tackle me to the ground and pull my shorts off and break my walkman in the process (it was the 90s). I got pretty pissed, and they give me back my shorts and claim it was just hazing. I was the only guy that went back, and they were laughing how "only one came back." Never hazed anyone before or after my entire 4 years.

Hey, man, you asked for the examples becuase you stupidly don't think racism against whites exists. More of you not understanding what not being racist even means probably. I don't even care about some sh¡t that happened 30 years ago. Again... you asked for examples. And I haven't been allowed to advance in a job. I'm in a job right now where advancement will be tough because we have a female VP that appears to only want to promote and install women execs, and my department was merged with another heritage company in Cedar Rapids and they clearly have two sets of rules for them and us when it comes to obtaining fellowships (our version of tenure essentially) where we have to jump through 1000 hoops and have all kinds of constraints and guys on their side don't have the constraints. And this is actually the second cycle of this. When I first joined this department, the head was a woman that installed women in every leadership position. All the men who were good enough to get promoted hit the glass ceiling and left since in their words, "there is no place for me to go here." Every race has bias. Both genders have bias. I know you're racist at heart and think you have to agree with everything a minority says to safely hide it, but it's okay to just say the truth. Or maybe not since if people don't like what you say, you might get a bullet in the neck.

What a giant step backwards that would be. Not what I'm saying, but it depends on your definition of racism, which also needs to include discrimination IMO. You can't legislate racism. You can't tell people not to be racist. The idea that anti-white racism was a result of giving blacks civil rights is just nonsense to me. If anything it should be the opposite. So of course there is anti-white racism but I wouldn't call it widespread or approaching discrimination either. I've never been kicked out of a black owned business or refused service. As far as you not advancing in your job, sounds like a skill issue. If you have a case that you're being discriminated against as a white male, you should contact an attorney. I doubt it's the result of the civil rights act. I know all people have bias, which is why I support DEI initiatives to counteract that bias. Also since you brought up Kirk, I'm not stupid enough to say inflammatory things meant to offend people so not worried about a bullet in the neck. Or maybe I'm not smart enough. I have to hand it to the guy, he built an empire saying outrageous things which garnered him fame and money from one group which is easily exploitable. He learned by watching Trump do it with the old people and was smart enough to do it with the youth. It worked spectacularly as you can see by his finances and his cult like reaction to his death. Problem is he flew too close to the sun and created a whole other group of people that hated him. It was only a matter of time before someone crazy enough with a good shot took him down. Fock your dignity or what's actually right. You'd be one of those clowns kneeling down in front of the group of black people saying you're sorry. The funny thing is you don't even have to. They're just trying to see what you'll give them for free. It's a very popular hustle. Not just for race, but for anything.
