Dozens of staff cut. Relax big boy. Seems logical to me. All staff in the Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services (OSERS), with the exception of a handful of top officials and support staff, were cut. This is not new. You need to learn more about when grants to CA were cut and why they were cut. And when monies were appropriated in CA because of shortages (hint: it was a few years ago). She probably volunteered one day to help at special olympics track and field day and for tim, that is enough to justify saying she is a special ed teacher.
