In any event the sparse crowd was rather indifferent to Thin Lizzy (which I thought was great, whose first tune was The Boys Are Back in Town) with only just polite applause. I did see George, Bootsy, and the P-Funk all stars once and they were sooooo focking good. And I'm not a R&B/Funk fan typically. I have irrational love for the first 3 bands on your list, and all you folks talking about how great the Cult were live have me rethinking some life decisions. Someone mentioned Joan Jett. I would pay a lot to see her. Rock Goddess. She and Steppenwolf hooked me into loving rock n roll at a tender age. I am forever grateful. Also, how the hell do you guys remember all these? I've seen a lot of shows, but mostly at clubs and have even remembered a few I've seen reading these lists that I'd all but forgotten about. The most recent one I MIGHT have is Fleetwood Mac, which I saw in San Diego in 2003, or maybe Prince from Vegas in 2007. And I haven't seen those stubs in at least 10 years. I used to have one of those cork boards hanging on my wall with all my ticket stubs tacked to it in a collage. It was really cool but I took it apart to move over 20 years ago and never put it back up (cuz of my stupid ex!). I recently moved again but haven't come across the stub stash.
