How many times a day do you say FOCK ?

Me ? A lot. 
 

A “stranger” brought to my attention yesterday that every time I stand up and every time I sit down I say “Awww Fock” or “errr Fock” out loud. Unconsciously. 
 

By stranger this was a person I see on the train every day but never even nodded “hey”. Nothing. Out of the blue yesterday he sees me by the elevator and asks “ do you HAVE to say Fock every time you stand up ? “. Then it became conscious and holy Fock I probably sat it 100 times a day.
