Good observation. I think he plays so loose because he see 16 wide receivers out there and knows if he throws it up there, he will hit one of them.

I dunno his last year played he got 4169 yards passing in 16 games.  24 TD and 11 INT.   all while completing 68% of his passes......I think that was decent enough.

I don't have confidence in Rivers, I would check with Derek Carr tell to throw some pass on.
