I probably should have.  I was actually on my way out, and Saints was waxing poetic about how heroic the Muslim was.  My wife said that people were reporting he was Christian, I looked on X and saw some such reports, and posted "some reports are saying he was Lebanese Maronite Christian" as a something of a "let's slow our roll until we know" post, with no links (I usually provide links, if you follow my posts on such matters).  To that end, many here were presuming he was Muslim with no confirmation.  Hindsight may make it correct, but it still wasn't confirmed at the time.

But I was lazy, and Moderate Tim has it in his spreadsheet for all eternity, so I have to live with him bringing it up 12 years from now.
