Horsebrain thinks this is impossible because Trump says he did so well on the cognitive test. He’s probably gonna be able to remember Barron’s name for at least 1 more year. He already forgot Eric but can you blame him?

It says less than 5% chance by 12/31, even though one of the ways for yes to win is 

“Any U.S. military kinetic strike that impacts Venezuelan land territory will qualify for a “Yes” resolution.“

Yes. Barely though and doing it the right way with not anything to get upset about. They're still hitting drug shipment operations now on land-based targets, but they're also interdicting oil freighters as well which are not drug related.

Looks like they want Maduro out, and are upping the pressure on the cheap without engaging in a full scale engagement nor risking the lives of the sailors (much). Just tactical focused targeting. Hopefully Maduro lacks the capability/will  of fighting back.
