Yeah, they keep telling us how great everything is now and better than it was under Biden but that is not reality for most Americans. 

Affordability looks to be the key issue in the 2026 midterms. Trump says that is fake news and a false talking point for Democrats - but the reality is everything seems to cost more than when Trump came in. He promised to bring prices down starting Day 1 but that hasn't happened (although eggs are maybe a little cheaper but that seems about it).

Well yeah Biden helped to raise prices, which were high right when Trump took over, but we knew Trump would be able to turn it around. We were proven right.

I remember @RLLD was Very Upset that the Biden administration insisted inflation wasn’t so bad. I wonder what his spin would be today?

It’s usually not fair to put the blame or credit for the economy on the POTUS. But Don, being the world-class hypocrite that he is, did exactly that for years. So now he’s going to own it.

Or the GOP at least. Trump will make bank for the next 3 years and sail off into the sunset.

Trump added $8T to the debt including $2T in Covid relief during his first term, but only Biden caused global inflation. Costs are also higher today than when Trump took office, but he’s turning things around!
