Wow -that is crazy. The guy has put together really good teams, that had the misfortune of running into the KC juggernaut and they fire him. Not to mention the injury situation this year.

I truly liked Sean and Saturdays chess match between the two Sean’s was epic but it was time to move on. The path was there this year and it was a last gasp that fell short. GM is wasting the Josh Allen window.

Pegula is a crap owner. 14 years of no playoffs with the Sabres, and IMO he lucked out with an unproven McDermott and Josh Allen being way above expectations.

They did run up against a chiefs team.  But the 13 seconds was inexcusable.   

Derm is a defensive guy.  Ive had more issue with Beane for last few seasons so not that the defense is ever stacked.  But they routinely become swiss cheese in playoff losses.  He ran his course, but so did Beane.  I really thought they were handcuffed, stay as a pair or leave as a pair.  

Beane has embarrassed himself so many times in different ways.  2023 he said Rams did it wrong.  Went all in not sustainable.   Said hes trying to sustain success.  Well FF to now and they have probably the MVP.  Still in the playoffs while Buffalo is out.  And have a good roster.

I think ownership is being pretty short-sighted here. I get the rationale, but it's a copout, IMO. It's really damn hard to win a SB, and winning playoff games that many years in a row is not an accident. As a Vikings fan, I feel for ya.

All that said Josh has made bad crucial plays.  But hes also asked to be superman routinely.  Hes starting to take a beating.
