It's report she was a US citizen.  She was stopped in the street watching the raid.  She told ICE to drive around her, they got out and told her to get out of her car, that's when she tried to leave and was murdered.

Looked like he was out of the way, he shot into the driver’s window as the car was staying up and turning. I’m not the one getting driven at though.

On initial watch I wouldn’t want to be that ICE cop who pulled the trigger but I understand cops get a lot of leeway.
