Eat all the things they tell you to eat(it will be everychanging by the way). Me? I'm here to enjoy life into my 80s maybe. Stay thin and agile, until I can't do the things I love anymore. That being said, our life expectancy is still pretty damn high compared to the past. Sometimes it seems like these "studies" are really just looking for a way for those "scientists" to justify their existence and/or funding. If I want lunch meat, roast beef, turkey, chicken, I buy the expensive stuff from Schmidt's meat market. Can cost up to $16 a pound. supermike80 2,193 Posted 5 hours ago I think anything in moderation is acceptable. So occasional cold cuts are fine. I will not eat Boars Head though. I generally am NOT a protest kinda guy. But after they killed what, 10 people--I was put off. THEN, their response was to close the plant that it originated from, putting hundreds out of work cause you a holes can't implement better cleaning practices. Lack of activity is a big problem, but keep in mind that the reason we still live longer while eating unhealthy foods, is because almost everyone is on medication. This to me, is why future generations are suffering. As time has passed and crap has been added to our food, we eat them for decades before we procreate. That caused the bigger need for medication. Those chemicals get into our bodies for a few years and then have kids, those kids are getting altered DNA/horomones. Also, mom is eating that crap while pregnant and giving it to her kids before they're even born. If people stopped eating crap, 2 things would happen... 1) there will be less and less children born with "issues" (ADD, ADHD, Autism, etc), and 2) there will be a lesser dependancy on pharmaceuticals. Everyone wins. This is where I'd like to see RFK Jr really put the hammer down. Get the crap out of our food. There's a lot of chemicals that don't need to be there.
