From what I’ve seen one Customs & Border Patrol agent takes Pretti’s gun, it discharges, agent backs up, another agent has his gun unholstered, he raises it & fires it at exactly that angle. I haven’t seen additional Customs agents with guns unholstered, have you?

That is exactly what happened. A man was murdered for trying to protect a woman who’d been assaulted.

He wasn’t a terrorist, he was a hero. He was the one protecting someone and he was gunned down for doing what any decent man should do when he sees a woman being assaulted. Alex Pretti died a hero. Alex Pretti exemplified the best of America and was murdered for it.

Border Patrol’s Greg Bovino says the federal agents involved in the scene where Alex Pretti was killed have been reassigned outside of Minneapolis but are still on the job. “All agents that were involved in that scene are working not in Minneapolis, but in other locations. I can’t tell who has their gun unholstered or not but I’m not convinced that it was Pretti’s gun that discharged while being held by the agent moving away.
