ICE in Portland, Maine Thread

Recommended Posts

@HellToupee

Once again I ask you to stop spamming this thread with videos irrelevant to the thread subject matter of ICE in Portland Maine.

If you want to discuss Somali fraud in Minnesota, take it to the Minnesota thread or start a new thread of your own on that subject matter.

This was ignored for years because they were Somali

I remember hearing about immigrants debarking at Ellis island and heading  to the immigrant services office for assistance.

Listen up and stop acting Little Lord Fauntleroy, this is about ICE in Portland . Gateway was located in Portland Maine. The Lewiston Somali community fraud is tied to Portland. Corrupt Gov Janet Mills is another reason why ICE is in Portland.  The population of Portland is under 70k , ICE will be in the whole state.
So many good breweries in Maine

A search of U.S. Justice Department records for the Foreign Agent Registration Act (FARA) does not show any indication that Ali ever registered as a foreign agent during the time when he claimed to have raised money in the U.S. for the benefit of Somali para-military groups.

Thanks, yes I am interested in this stuff. But the Maine AG already investigated. And if this is serious then DOJ & FBI should be involved, but there’s nothing in this report that they are. In general this administration seems completely disinterested & even hostile to investigations of foreign corruption. And as far as domestic corruption is concerned they just canned everyone involved in the MN social services scandal.

200 arrests in Maine by ICE already. Not sure if they all were from Portland, a city of 68,000 or not.

Right, the ones with the truncheons, water hoses & dogs in 1957:: the protestors in 2026, & the protestors in 1957 :: the ones with the truncheons, guns & pepper spray & tear gas in 2026.  {Insert JLaw gif here}

Don't forget forget the "protesters" in 2020.

Funny how you leave that out. 🤔

I enjoy watching Maine Cabin Masters.  A bunch of pot heads restoring old lake camps.  Looks beautiful there.  Not too much different than MN.

At least 42 people have been killed in relation to the 2020–2023 United States racial unrest following the murder of George Floyd on May 25, 2020, among other racially based controversies in the following years.

Oh, and you forgot this too...

The 1992 Los Angeles Riots, sparked by the acquittal of officers in the Rodney King beating, resulted in 63 deaths, with other sources citing figures over 50, and caused extensive damage, injuries (over 2,000), and arrests (over 12,000) over six days of unrest

Aug. 11-16, 1965. The spark that ignited six days of rioting in Watts was the way the Los Angeles Police Department handled a suspected drunk-driving arrest in downtown Watts. The arrestee and the policemen got into a scuffle and a crowd formed. Six days of burning and looting in Watts. Thirty-four people died and almost 3,500 were arrested.

Maybe police should consider not killing people in the streets. It tends to lead to uprisings. You think you’re making “liberals” look bad but each of these situations was a direct result of egregious police misconduct.

So you are saying, every time someone gets killed, we should all burn buildings down, loot, and kill other people.

Wow, you are a genius.

This guy thinks it's okay to fight cops when you get arrested for drunk driving.

You don’t do well when your underlying assumptions are challenged. Stick to your strength, spamming YouTube links.

This is all you got. You always bail when you get called out for your idiocy.

It's funny how you defend people who defend a drunk driver who tried to steal a cop's firearm so he could use it himself.

You said that the violence was property damage.

I'm pointing out the murders. And there were 1000s of people injured in 2020.

The whole jan 6 thing was like a family picnic compared to the 2020 riots.

I’m just going to agree with you. And the civil rights protests era was raised by someone else, not me.

The whole George floyd thing is about a criminal being killed by a guy who went to prison for his actions.

If a black person kills a white person and the black guy gets thrown in prison, should all the white conservatives in this country tear down cities and hurt/kill people?

If a cop kills a white criminal for fighting back  against  them, should I go out and start fires and kill someone?

I’ll be serious here for a second: I don’t support this stuff.

Although Trump and his disgraceful admin deliberately hired thousands of malleable thugs, we don’t know who these two guys are. They may be good officers doing valid work. It’s a shame that Trump Democrats destroyed the reputation of this agency, but I don’t think it’s right to take this out on every member of ICE by calling them anti-American, thugs, and gestapo.

FIFY.  You're welcome.

So wait they actually chose Portland Maine as the next targeted area to give the official operation name to?  Lol I guess this confirms they’re really just trying to terrorize the Somalis (most of whom are US citizens)

The GC MAGAs ringing their hands over this we’re delighted to see thugs shooting people in Minny though, so they can spare everyone the crocodile tears and fake outrage.

Agreed. I also don't like it when I see video of protestors getting right up into the faces of ICE, screaming at them. Dude, they can hear you from 3 feet away, you don't need to be close enough to watch your spittle freeze on their mask. Be better than what you're protesting.

Yep. This all started after Trump called Somalis “garbage.”

Any decent human would have left Trump in the dust after watching the above. Which is how you know there are no decent humans still on the MAGA train.
