My question is, at what point do the party's voters understand that it's a joke? In a year when there is no incumbent and they have a shot at winning, are they really going to rally around a guy just because he's brash and saying the things people want to hear about minorities? Do they understand that there's a general election after the primaries?

If you notice what is going on, both sides are trying to minimize exposure and debates. The dems haven't even announced the debate schedule, but it will be very few of them... trump is providing cover for the real repub front runners. Hell the RNC even before trump planned to minimize debates to keep down the collateral damage

Real estate SPE bankruptcies are different than operating company bankruptcies... It doens't mean he went broke. It means a property that was put in a single purpose entity (SPE) was basically foreclosed on... This can happen for a number of reasons, most commonly refinancing timing. If the loan for a property comes due into an economic downturn, and lenders can't refinance the loan, it gets foreclosed and the entity goes bankrupt. If it was structured correctly its impact is contained.

But don't think for a second that he isn't pissed that the number he's had, and that all his business associates and friends have, has to be discarded.
