Filthy Fernadez 2,696 Posted November 26, 2015 Man, I feel like I screwed up bad not having a Stafford/Megatron/Carolina Def stack in DFS.
R8RMick 242 Posted November 26, 2015 In a perfect example of why I dislike Bryant as a player, he stands and jaws with Josh Norman while an INT is ran back in as a TD. No doubt he makes the play and saves a score if he hustles back.
Mike FF Today 608 Posted November 26, 2015 Romo with his 3rd interception of the first half. Two pick-6's.
Filthy Fernadez 2,696 Posted November 26, 2015 Well, Romo is officially choking like a John Holmes co-star. It's TURKEY TIME..........
R8RMick 242 Posted November 26, 2015 Luke Kuechly better in coverage than Raider cornerbacks.
Bobbyn2022 53 Posted November 26, 2015 If Carolina goes to the super bowl I think they have the best shot at stoping the Pats. They matchup very well on defense. They have the LBs to cover gronk.

I'd say that was a safe assumption. I can only imagine what Carolina's front seven would do with that swinging gate of an offensive line the Pats are trotting out there. R8RMick 242 Posted November 27, 2015 This just in from Newey Scruggs on the local 11:00 pm sports... Josh Norman said after the game the Cowboys need to get their $70 million back from Dez Bryant. I haven't heard such solid smack from a player since New York Giants QB Dave Brown said he couldn't make up his mind to go around or through Deon Sanders on a run so he did both... I'm not delusional like 99.9% of our fan base Ready for draft 2016 Trust me I am not delusional. No draft will fix things. Get a nice tall QB that can deliver the ball, a combo WR with Dez, fire Garrett, and a RB that isn't a leftover from another team
BiPolarBear 476 Posted November 27, 2015 The Cowboys got beat by a better team. I am sure Garrett saw lots of positives, but I just saw another loss. They can play their hearts out and still get a (very) early pick in the draft. You have to score points to win, and I don't mean 3 at a time.
jgcrawfish 232 Posted November 27, 2015 They have major issues next year, with Romo due $20 million + for the season. The Cowboys should go get RGIII, Manziel or another young QB they can grow into the role. Romo should get the stupid surgery and get the plate placed on his clavicle. Do it now and be ready for next season. As an unabashed Cowboys hater, I like watching this. They had the team pointing the right direction last season but Jerry has proven time and time again he doesn't care about winning, just about headlines. When your owner says they love a player like Greg Hardy because he's such a leader, you have issues bigger than what a draft will fix.

This team can help itself immensely by going into the tank. Not only getting the top 2-3 pick in the draft, but picking at the top of every round thereafter. That is huge. Of course the problem being the usual mutts like JAX and TEN will be in tank mode as well. As for yesterday's game... I felt the tone was set on the Cowboys second offensive play, when their $70 million loudmouth superstar was basically showed how ordinary his day would be. Of course Bryant WAS instrumental on one play that went for a TD, when he stood running his mouth at Norman on Romo's first pick. Replays later confirmed that if Bryant had followed the play he would've easily been in position to stop a touchdown. The way the Dallas defense was playing it wasn't a stretch to assume they hold the Panthers to a FG. If I'm Garrett that's a $50,000 fine, and I'm running that play two or three times in front of the entire team in the film room. He's so interested in creating 'character guys' lol... But he's not calling those shots is he? That was a rhetorical question.

But he's not calling those shots is he? That was a rhetorical question. Norman was very clearly fired up for matchup with the loudmouth Dez, which Norman clearly won. I didn't see the play you're referring to, but that's becoming a trend with Dez lately...not putting in full effort. The suggestion you make about Garrett fining Dez is a good one, but Jerry won't let it happen. Dez has bypassed Garrett previously and gone directly to Jerry, and Jerry's not only let Hardy get away with worse, he's encouraging of him. Just take a look at the well run organizations in the NFL (Patriots, Packers, Steelers, etc) and see how often you hear from the owners regarding football decisions. The Cowboys issues start at the top, and no amount of higher draft picks will fix that.
R8RMick 242 Posted November 27, 2015 The FOX crew made a distinct point of running that replay after the fact. It presented a panned out view, and clearly showed how Bryant could have easily caught Coleman before he scored. At the very least he turns him back inside to the backside pursuit. Anybody who DVR'd the game can see it. Obviously the pick six was a huge play in what would be a very tight first half. Carolina moved the chains but were hardly gashing the Dallas defense. In fact the Cowboys made several key stops in their own end. It's not inconceivable they keep them out of the end zone right there. That's on Bryant. You know, NFL coaches will bury a young RB on the pine for fumbling. Much of those miscues is for simply trying too hard to gain extra yards. In this case you have an undisciplined and selfish idiot who directly caused harm to his team because his ego dictate he take himself out of the play to talk trash. Which is the more egregious offense?
