Will Jordan Cameron commit any felonies rendering V4E TE-deficient for all of another year?

Discuss.

Wow, I had Gerhart, Cruz, and Cameron on my predraft list and they are all gone. Good work guys.

Might be reaching for Torrey Smith, but I really like him this year in his contract year as well as his stat leap from 2012 to 2013

The Skins should be a much better offense this season. They can run a few different ways and they have 4 nice options to catch the ball. Garcon should be aided this season.

Torrey's getting some help too!

Garcon's not going to get as many targets last year, but he's a high upside pick. If Rice already had a TE, I would have taken him over Cameron.

Harvin's a big risk/reward pick. I'll gamble on him as my number 2, and look for safer picks later in the fraft.

Good call, because Cameron definitely would have been drafted by me.

I actually like the fact that Garcon is getting some "competition" this season. He will be getting more 1 on 1 coverage, therefore, hopefully opening him up more. Dude had the 3rd highest targeted % (30%) last season with a middle of the road catch %. I look for the target % to drop, but the catch % to increase.

This is a tough draft and tough slot. Have I mentioned That? You guys are killing my wish list

I feel ya. Doesn't help to have pre compiled cheat sheets close at hand. Like you, I'll have to reach a tad like I did with Luck.

My picks are getting sniped left and right. This is why I changed my strategy mid-stream. You guys are making me cry.

That said, I feel better about my team now that I've made the course correction. Kinda waiting for that voice in a GPS to say, "recalculating."

Risky pick in Ray Rice, should he regain some measure of his former self there may be value.

I was hung up between Crabtree and welker, had decided on Welker if they both slid to me. Had they both been gone ???? ......I hope that guy slides!

Richardson had to be the pick here, and he could do real well in that offense. I knew you'd be looking his way at least. He is the final full load back I could see and he has some upside.

Well I only lucked out because people took wrs I had just below roddy. I like Welker but something is drawing me to rowdy roddy this year. Improved o-line, healthy Julio we hope and no Tony should result in more targets

I decided to roll the dice in round 4 on Patterson, risking that I'd get one of Rice or Richardson in this round. I wasn't too confident but with the WRs coming off the board I started thinking there was a chance. Then when I saw that Ray had made his round 5 pick, I said outload as the page was coming up "Ray Rice" and bam that was the pick. Then I got worried Mr RB (aka RC) was going to grab Trent the last of the 3-down backs but luckily for me he filled his WR slot instead with Welker.

I do like Richardson better than Rice this year and was hoping he'd slide to round 6. I needed a starting Wr more than a third back at this point or he'd have been toast.

Not a Richardson fan. Too tentative to hit the hole. Putrid ypc. Hope I'm wrong but he's just a dnd for me

He might be a three down back if a certain someone is toast but I also think there are a few more "three down backs"

Theres a lot of talk about how Richardson is a late bloomer like Lynch.

But for every Lynch, there are 10 1st round RB busts. I'm not convinced that Richardson will be anything but a RB3.

I don'tthink lynch was a late bloomer at all. He always produced good per carry and per game numbers he just had an injury and lost his job in buffalo. Suspension too I think?

Was really hoping Gore would drop to me by some miracle. Glad he went early and my hopes did not go up at all.

Really like Gore this year as a 5th round value, Could be a solid #2 RB. Every year people talk about his regression and the younger 49ers RBs taking his place, but he's had 3 very solid seasons and no niner backup has proven to be as valuable.

Not horribly disappointed in my team at this point. Never drafted from this position before and I miscalculated how many of my targeted players would come off the board before my 3rd and 4th picks. The key at this point will obviously be Doug Martin. Even though I've caught up a bit over the last 4 picks, I still see my #1 target go off the board a couple of picks before me every round. This last time, it was Hilton.

QB - Andrew Luck

RB - Doug Martin

RB - Ryan Mathews

WR - Demaryius Thomas

WR - DeSean Jackson

WR - Jeremy Maclin

Guess I don't hate it.

Roddy White and TY Hilton were the others that I was considering at 5.04. Nice picks. Love the upside of TY Hilton, but there are more targets there, which is why I went the way I did. Roddy . . . well, I was this close . . . :)

Nice picking. I'm not a fan of Richardson, either, but honestly, this is probably the right place for him. I just wouldn't want to count on him.

haha Dan, knowing you I really, really expected to open the thread and see Roddy as your pick.

I'm 100% convinced he was tentative in IND as a result of being leaned on too soon before he understood the offense. You don't get to his level by being a tentative RB, you're tentative because you aren't sure of where the hole's supposed to be. With an IND off-season under his belt and good offensive team around him I expect top 12 RB numbers.

i actually was just looking back at our drafts from 2012 and 2013. I forgot I took Richardson at 1.12 He did score double digit TD's that rookie year though despite the sub 4 ypc. And my team was really led by Peterson off the injury and Dez.

also i noticed Ray had pick 5 in 2012 and picked.... Calvin Johnson :P

Pretty curious as to why Rashad Jennings fell this far. I have him as my #20 RB. Was planning to go WR here, but couldn't pass on the perceived value.

Well Fumble, last year Rashad started 8 games for the raiders averaged 4.5 yards a carry and scored 6 Td's. He's 29??? That's it. He might do great, but he has nothing to back it up. You took him at a great spot and we'll just have to see.

Ah, Colston. About the time he had to fall. Great receiver in this format, though I am always leery about picking him up in any other league. Since the emergence of Mr. Graham, no one not name Jimmy or Drew is a consistent play week-to-week. But in the no-hassle, nice pick.

really was hoping for Jennings. Guess i'll take Jackson and hope the line improvements work. (he may have been my 1st round selection last year  )

RB - Montee Ball

RB - Bishop Sankey

RB - Steven Jackson

WR - Brandon Marshall

WR - Larry Fitzgerald

WR - Roddy White

hmm, 2 "unproven" young guys at RB, 3 geezer WR's and a back on his last legs. I don't love it but don't hate it.
