There’s nothing stopping anyone from doxxing and publicly shaming college kids who are chanting “from the river to the sea.” Lots of videos out there already. The thing is, no honest person thinks criticism of Israel is inherently antisemitic, so unless those kids are chanting “death to Jews” no one is going to give a chit On the other hand, what this kid did was unambiguously racist and indefensible. I wouldn’t want his life to be ruined over what might have been his worst moment. But I won’t shed a tear if he loses a few opportunities because of it. Might be a good life lesson for the young lad. Is this really the behavior you want to go to bat for? Making chimp noises at a black person because you disagree with their politics?

I asked about arrested because you said this guy is going to face higher consequences than protestors who are committing acts of vandalism, trespassing in buildings etc. Thousands of those folks have been arrested. The worst this guy will face is expulsion and public shaming. The pro Palestinian protestors who aren’t committing crimes shouldn’t face any consequences. Just like the counter protestors at Ole Miss who aren’t making ape noises at a black woman.

One woman was pictured wearing what appeared to be a diaper and a t-shirt printed with "Diapers over Dems". Other t-shirts have been printed with the slogan Real Men Wear Diapers. Mr Trump is charged with 34 counts of falsifying business documents over hush money payments made to former porn actress Stormy Daniels to cover up their alleged affair. He has pleaded not guilty.

Durant and LeBron aren’t Top 5 players and they’re both significantly older than Embiid. You just don’t deal a 30 y/o superstar for a collection of young players and picks in an offseason when you’ll have $60m in cap space. That’s just stupid.

Embiid is a Top 5ish player in the league. The Sixers aren’t mediocre because of him, the supporting cast has been mostly garbage. They have $60m in cap space next year. Philly needs a 3rd star and a better bench. They should think about spending a 1st on a legit center to back Joel up too.

The Sixers were awful any time Embiid was off the court this year. I think you’ve got to see what the Sixers can do with all the incoming cap space once Harris is off the books and sign or draft/develop a true center so we don’t get destroyed anytime Joel is out. It’s not time to cut bait yet.

The process ended in 2016 when Hinkie resigned. Since then, the Sixers grossly mismanaged the embarrassment of riches he left the team with in the form of draft picks, cap space and Embiid.
