I guess it depends on the car. Every car I have had with multiple settings is too warm on the lowest to leave on any longer than the moment I notice it.

Well yeah the people who pretended like there was a war on drugs were working both sides of it. If they wanted to they could have shut it down. They wanted the drugs coming in. South American and Mexican cartels shipping drugs into the country is terrible. There is no benefit to this country.
