White Castle doesn't franchise either. That's why I kept asking him questions about White Castle, because from what I've been lead to understand, they don't franchise. Chik-fila I have no idea about. IndyTom 0 Posted October 23, 2005 A question for you small business owners... Why use the title of CEO? Isn't that a little overstated? To me a CEO runs a very large public or private company with many officers - with directors, managers, supervisors, and etc. etc. underneath. You know hundreds - if not thousands - of employees. Is there no pride left to say that you "own / founded" a company? I think I would prefer doing that myself.

1-800-Gambler 0 Posted October 23, 2005 I actually think its funny how companies actually buy into some of this union stuff. My brother in law is a union rep and he buys into it like crazy. We have debated for hours!!! I know there are pros and cons like everything but I think it's b/s. Not to down you, you have to do what you have to do but where I work they just went union (national wireless carrier) and those guys that come in and say "Oh sign this for more info" is the best. Also when they throw the manager under the bus is even better. After a month everyone who signed up is now regretting it for various reasons....

Damn, I remember going to Allerton Ave. in the Bronx after a night at the bar and scoffing down 10 cheeseburgers. Why doesn't WC allow the many people here in Florida who would love to open a WC to purchase one? They are just real picky about who and where they open. Supposedly they don't want to open anything at all right now and are "content" with what they have only white castle in my hometown is in the frozen section in the grocery store
