phillybear 366 Posted March 16, 2006 I can drink with the best of them and have won my fair share of drinking contests, but this is incredible. It had to have been draft beer, right? 5 seconds a beer for 8 beers!!!! Â I have posted this story before, but short version: Office Christmas party, about 12 years ago. Original bet was 6 beers in a minute. Draft beer, 12oz cups, no foam. I pounded six in about 25 seconds, took two puffs on a cigarette, and pounded two more beers for good measure. That REALLY fills up your stomach. It took a bit of effort to not throw up, but I kept it down after the brief initial nauseau. Collected about $250 .
