Great Episode. In season one Loche looked like the one that knew the most. This season he has looked pretty foolish.

Anyone have any theories about why the lockdown happened? Mine is that it's connected with the new food Jack found out in the jungle. I bet the place goes on lockdown to keep the occupants inside so they don't know here the food comes from ... or which direction it came from ... or something.

That makes sense. Anyone have any thoughts on what the map is? Also, remember Hurley walking around looking guilty with the candy bar. He said he found it in the jungle. At the time you assume it was from his stash. It was a strange scene, and I wonder if he found the food earlier.

Still can't tell what it is or what it means, have no idea, just that is is probably significant. Plus, the alarm going off,the lock down, the food dropping(maybe as a result of the lockdown or the alarm going off) are all mysteries. That last part was freakin insane, right when you are convinced he is actually who he says he is, OH SCHNAPP, it turns out he thinks he is a dead black guy, that was insane.

 

Ok, maybe this is obvious(it was to me) but, the sound coming out of the speakers was a countdown, that was scambled at first, but, then you could hear it clearly, after it ended, it locked down. So, i dunno, right after a lot of stuff gets answered, a million more questions appeared in this episode.

that also makes alot of sense because one of the phrases wirrten on the door is something like "activity minimal during lockdown and restocking process" which suggests the lockdown and restocking (food drop) are related.

I thought it was pretty obvious that the lock down happened because they didn't put the code in. Seemed to me that when you don't put the code in, a lot of freaky stuff happens, loud noises, blast doors, etc. (probably to try to get you to hurry up and put it in- like a few weeks ago), but they never did, so everything went back to normal.

No, once the alarm started going off, and Locke was trapped under the door, he asked "Henry" to get through the ducts to put inthe numbers, he didn't make it until it was too late, and the map showed up, and the doors ended up unlocking.

 

Now the countdown has been at 00 twice, andb oth times weird stuff happened...but, nothing major. Maybe it is just a physcological thing.

I think it's pretty obvious that the blacklight map is a map of the various hatches around the island. Look at the bottom one: it's the largest and roughly shaped the same way as the hatch. It also says "I am here" under it.

 

If you look up in the upper left corner, there's one scratched out. I bet that's the place the tail section found. It was abandoned when they found it, remember.

 

Under that one appears to be a hatch marked with a medical snakes sign. I bet that's where The Others took Claire. Could be wrong.

 

This means there's 7 hatches and 1 big mystery place in the middle. That's probably where the monster/security system is.

I never thought of that. It showed Loche looking at the computer when the sounds starting coming from the speakers. If the others did not know Henry had been captured, they do now.

 

I also saw some things I did not catch on another message board.

 

The woman that Loche did the home inspection for was Sayd's old girlfriend.

 

When Loche's father said he got the 700K in the bank in a scam I thought of Sawyer's scams for a second. People are saying that Loche's father is the real Sawyer that Lost's Sawyer was searching for. I do not know what led them to that conclusion, other than the fact that people's lives are intertwined in the flashbacks, but people seem pretty sure of it.

P.S. I loved when Jack and Sawyer were trading barbs and Kate said, "Am I going to have to go get a ruler?"
